Wie kann ich meine Bestellung stornieren?You can cancel your order as long as the prdouction has not started. Usually around 48 hours. Since everything gets created by demand we can not stop the process after it started.

Can I return Items?You can return items as longs as they are still in original state. Like you would after try it on in a supermarket. We totally understand that sometimes your only way to find out if something matches is to try it on. But please keep in mind that we produce on demand to keep the waste of products as small as possible.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?No, you do not need to create an account to place an order. Creating an account has the advantage, that you will have a better overview over all your orders and account details, but its not mandatory.

What should I do when I have a complaint about the received product?We are sorry to hear that. You are welcome to write us an email to our support email adress within 14 days if the received products have any quality defects. For proof we would like you to send us a picture of the product with a short description of the defect.
